Here’s a report on our coked up weatherman. I did some digging to get some info on this nut.  About the only thing I could really find out is that his name is Mark Mathis and he was fired. There are a lot of rumors floating around about this guy like this one:  ”Mark Mathis is a notable TV weatherman known for his on-screen antics and unorthodox approach to weather forecasting. Mathis worked for WCCB for three years, until he checked into a rehabilitation clinic.”  If any of  you have info on him let us know.
