Poor kid. First, he gets that horrible makeup job. Then, a reporter asks him to be on TV with that makeup. Then, he flubs the interview wearing that makeup.

Another instance of a reporter not thinking before he (or she) talks. This one has really taken on a life of its own because it’s so blatant.
The anchor toss goes out…and she “can’t hear sh*t”. She realizes she’s on air, and starts to go, but by then, the plug had been pulled and two stunned anchors were left to pick up the pieces.
Classic.
